💫 "My first 3 months in the GTP program were eye-opening - hands-on product training and internal systems onboarding gave me a real head start. Through ASUSchool, our internal learning platform, I picked up go-to-market thinking and built a solid foundation for sales. In-person sessions, complete with 'touch and feel' time with our products, helped me settle into the culture fast and understand the value we bring customers. Roundtable talks with senior managers gave me my first real sense of career direction and role models. And seeing Taiwan's retail channels firsthand left me confident to tackle what's next.

Firstly, starting as eCommerce specialist, fundamental product & sales knowledge was built via direct co-working with countries. Secondly, transitting to Website PM allowed deep-dive on company business model & website backend structure Currently, consolidating experience & further becoming Data & AI project owner highlighted my future career with exciting challenges. Throughout several career stages, I understand opportunities are always available to be earned, not given.
